4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a booked service at least 24 hours in advance without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Refunds for prepaid services are subject to our discretion and may exclude non-refunded parts or labor costs.

5. Service Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor, typically 30 days, unless specified otherwise. The warranty covers defects in workmanship or parts supplied by us. It does not cover damage due to misuse, external factors, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to the service location.
• Ensure the AC unit is accessible and in a safe condition for servicing.
• Inform us of any known issues or hazards before service begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pure Cool AC Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including loss of use or property damage, except where required by law. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
